We first met Anne Nikiforuk and her amazing team at OIS Financial back in 2011. Since then every year we have been purchasing our travel insurance with them. In the past we have never had any medical issues. This year (2018), however, my husband Dave did and our medical insurance claim was denied. We were in shock!
